The OptionVine trading system requires relatively little computing power – about as much as a standard laptop or desktop – because the expensive computations are done on our servers. OptionVine is a Windows-based system and all the analysis is done on remote servers. This trading software can be installed on only one computer at a time.
With most trading systems you can subscribe to, lost data can be a big issue, but the OptionVine data servers have high data capabilities. So, our analytics are consistently available to you in real-time to support timely trading.
The OptionVine servers monitor all option data and equity trades as they occur and alert you the moment a trade meets the defined analytical conditions. While an older machine (read pre-1Gb of memory) will work well, the key is to have dual video cards installed to support multiple screens. The OptionVine trading system supports viewing the service on one to five screens at a time, per subscription.
